1. Order Cancellation

1.2 After Shipment:
- Once the product is shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product by following our Return and Refund process.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation of the order before shipment.
- Return of a product due to defects, damage, or incorrect items delivered.
- Product not delivered within the promised timeline due to logistical failures.
2.2 Refund Process:
- Once your return or cancellation is approved, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
2.3 Non-Refundable Items:
- Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
2.4 Refund Timeline:
- Refund initiation: Within 48 hours of approval.
- Refund completion: 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
3. Return Policy
3.1 Conditions for Returns:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including all accessories and tags, within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase, such as the invoice, must be provided.

- Reason for return
- Supporting photos (for damaged or incorrect products)
3.3 Shipping Costs for Returns:
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), shipping costs will be borne by us.
- If the return is initiated for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
